Bangladesh Health Professions Institute (BHPI), the academic institute of the Centre for the Rehabilitation of the Paralysed (CRP), was established in 1992 at Savar, Dhaka. BHPI is affiliated with the Faculty of Medicine, University of Dhaka.
In 2025, CRP established another institute named Bangladesh Health Professions Institute (BHPI), Rajshahi, located at Mohisbatahan, Rajshahi Court, Rajpara, Rajshahi. BHPI-Rajshahi is affiliated with Rajshahi Medical University and aims to become a model institute for health rehabilitation education in the northern region of Bangladesh.
Objectives of BHPI
- To develop highly skilled rehabilitation health professionals to meet the growing needs of rehabilitation services.
- To provide high-quality teaching and professional education in rehabilitation sciences.
- To promote innovative research and scientific publications in the fields of health, disability, and rehabilitation.
Admission Information
BHPI has published the Admission Circular for the 2025–2026 academic session. Interested applicants are invited to submit their applications through the appropriate admission form for the respective institute.
